01. Who is responsible
ATLAVEO LTD is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. ATLAVEO LTD is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under company number 17479715. Registered office: 65 London Wall, London, EC2M 5TU, United Kingdom. For any question about your data, write to contact@atlaveo.com.
02. What we collect
When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical connection data needed to deliver and protect it: IP address, browser and device information, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request.
When you write to contact@atlaveo.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, the content of your message and any information you choose to share.
The site does not currently offer a contact form, user accounts or a newsletter.
03. Why we use it
Technical connection data is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose errors. This is based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website.
Your emails are used to read and answer your message and to follow up on the exchange. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding to the enquiries we receive or, where your message relates to a contract, on steps taken at your request before entering into it. Your data is never used for advertising and you are never added to a marketing list.
04. Who receives it
Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts the site and processes technical connection data on our behalf. Cloudflare states that transfers of personal data from the United Kingdom and the European Union rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension or, failing that, on standard contractual clauses.
Purelymail, operated by Add Rabbit LLC (United States), hosts the contact@atlaveo.com mailbox. The messages you send us are stored on its servers, located in the United States.
Only the people at ATLAVEO LTD who handle enquiries can read your messages. We do not sell your data.
05. How long we keep it
Logs produced by the site's server code are kept by Cloudflare for no more than 7 days, according to Cloudflare's documentation. Cloudflare's own network logs are governed by its privacy policy.
We keep your emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete them, unless we need to keep them to meet a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
06. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where applicable, you can also ask to receive it in a portable format.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@atlaveo.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, if you live in the European Union, with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
07. Cookies and tracking
The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies, such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance, when its bot protection or challenge features are triggered. These cookies are used only to protect the site, which is why no consent banner is displayed.
